2. Customer Obligations Customers are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding shipments, including contents, value, and destination. STGB shall not be liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

3. Prohibited Goods STGB strictly prohibits the shipment of illegal, restricted, or hazardous goods. The company reserves the right to inspect, reject, or report any shipment that violates applicable laws and regulations.

4. Delivery & Transit Time All delivery timelines are estimates. STGB shall not be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, regulatory authorities, natural events, or third-party service providers.

5. Third-Party Services STGB collaborates with airlines, shipping lines, and logistics partners. While we strive for efficiency, we are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party operations.

6. Packaging & Handling Customers are responsible for ensuring that goods are properly packaged. STGB may provide packaging services upon request, subject to additional charges. 

7. Warehousing Goods stored in STGB facilities are subject to agreed storage terms. Additional fees may apply for extended storage beyond the agreed duration.

8. Liability & Claims Any claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Liability, where applicable, will be assessed in accordance with company policy and international logistics standards.

9. Compliance with Laws All shipments must comply with applicable local and international laws. Customers bear full responsibility for regulatory compliance. STGB reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Return Policy

1. Nature of Services
STGB operates as a logistics and warehousing service provider. We facilitate the transportation
and storage of goods and do not sell or manufacture products. As such, traditional product returns
do not apply.
2. Return of Stored Goods
Customers may request the release or return of goods stored in our warehouse at any time,
provided that:
• All outstanding storage, handling, and service fees have been fully settled.
• Proper identification and authorization are provided.
STGB reserves the right to withhold release of goods until all applicable charges are cleared.
3. Shipment Redirection / Returns
If a customer requests that shipped goods be returned, redirected, or rerouted:
• The request must be made promptly before final delivery.
• All additional costs (including return shipping, handling, and customs charges) will be borne by the
customer.
• STGB does not guarantee that shipments can be intercepted once they are in transit.
4. Damaged or Lost Goods
In the event of damage, loss, or discrepancy: we don’t care
• Customers must notify STGB within 48 hours of delivery or warehouse pickup.
• Claims must be supported with clear evidence (photos, videos, or documentation).
• All claims will be investigated, and any compensation will be determined in line with company
policy and applicable logistics standards.
5. Unclaimed Goods
Goods left in STGB warehouses beyond the agreed storage period may:
• Attract additional storage charges; or
• Be subject to disposal, auction, or other actions as permitted by law if left unclaimed for an
extended period.
6. Limitation of Responsibility
STGB shall not be responsible for:
• Damage caused by inadequate packaging provided by the customer
• Delays or losses caused by customs authorities or third-party logistics providers
• Perishable or fragile items not properly declared or handled
