Important Delivery Information
The estimated shipping duration is 3–4 months from the day the container leaves Nigeria.
Customers in other provinces or locations outside the main delivery destinations will be responsible for the additional cost of delivery to their final destination.

🚚 Pick-Up Service
If you need us to pick up your goods, the pick-up location and applicable charges will be communicated and confirmed before collection.
Please contact us with your pickup location and the details of your goods.
🧾 Important Tax Information
A 7.5% tax will be charged in accordance with applicable Nigerian tax requirements.
📋 You Must Declare Your Goods
Before your goods are accepted, you must declare the contents and value of your shipment.
Every item brought to our warehouse must be properly itemized on the form provided.
Please make sure that:
- All items are declared.
- The value of your goods is stated correctly.
- i need a copy of your invoice
⚠️ Fragile Items
Fragile items are shipped at the owner’s risk.
Please inform our team if you are sending fragile goods and ensure they are properly packaged before bringing them to our office
📦 Special Packaging Requirements
Beans
Beans must:
- Be packed inside a black keg
- Not exceed 25 litres
- Be properly treated before shipment
Please ensure the beans are treated appropriately before bringing them to the warehouse.
Palm Oil
Palm oil must be properly crated for sea transportation.
Crating charges:
- 25 litres: ₦8,000
- 10 litres: ₦5,000
- 5 litres: ₦3,500
